      Thank you for highlighting the strengths of our curriculum and materials—we’re glad they supported your work at camp. We also hear your feedback about remote supervision and training. While video calls help us connect with teams across many locations, we recognize this format can sometimes feel less clear. We’ve since refined our onboarding and check-in processes to improve clarity and ensure stronger support from the start of the season.

We understand that the long hours can be challenging and we have implemented a shift structure to better balance workloads and support our staff.
