Working at STEP kept me on my toes and really exposed me to the professional experience I had been seeking for so long. • Can be a high-pressure environment at times and is good for those who like energy, but probably not for those that like a slower pace and less bottom-line responsibility. • Deadline planning can improve. • Can require a high level of multi-tasking which may not suit a person that prefers single projects. • No middle-management, so you are expected to rise to the opportunity on your own.
