Managers can do whatever they want without being held accountable. Sabotaging management and employees, to pursue their own goals. Toxic practices, tricking employees for on call outs by not disclosing information, and false promises of trainings, and promotions. Pushing vital decision making of process onto on floor employees then holding them responsible if something goes wrong. Company values aren't being followed.
