They taught me planning. Its always best to have a plan. Goal setting. Long term and short term goals. A lot of stuff i can use in everyday life. As well as great sales techniques. Definitely helps me in my line of work now. Paid weekly. Profesional people. And travel options.

ITS DOOR TO DOOR SALES They sugat coat alot of stuff. Personally its a brainwashing cult to me. Dose work for some people. Feed you dreams of making 6figs in a matter of a couple yrs. My former boss works there right now and has room mates barely made 30k last year. Lots of driving to neighborhoods. Even having to knock in no solicitation neighborhoods. U will work 6-7 days a week. And will knock on doors after dark (in the winter ) no benifits and commission only. NO SALE NO MONEY.

Thank you for applying a review about our company. I am glad to read about some of the skills you acquired through our company. At STL Executives, we take pride In our candidness with each candidate, which is why I am a little surprised with some of your issues. I'm assuming you meant to use the word "sugar". Throughout our interview process, we are very thorough and descriptive of the roles and responsibilities for each position and give plenty of opportunities for candidates to ask questions. I am confused at who your former boss is, and in an entry level position making 30k is more than most entry level candidates earn at other companies. Like discussed throughout one's tenure, our quick advancement program gives those an opportunity to progress through the program into a management position, where said person can earn more income. We clearly discuss our schedule throughout the interview process, and you know we never work 7 days a week. We work with amazing Fortune 500 companies and can do anything from business to consumer, business to business, or retail marketing and sales. I do not control the time of year or weather, although I have emailed Mother Nature asking permission to, so I am still waiting on her response(haha). As for your advice, we have promoted 2 people to management in the short time we have been in business, so I will not lie to people and tell them this is a sales position. This is management development program, but everyone starts in an entry level position. I appreciate your reference to our company as a cult, we are, a cult of hard working, motivated people achieving a common goal. Not all are tough enough to see through it, which makes management as rewarding as it is. It was very tough to understand some of your grammar, so I hope this helped. I LOVE THIS COMPANY! I recently got promoted out of training. It took me a little longer than most people because of my shy personality. But everyone was so nice and helpful when it came to me not understanding something. Not a single person gave up on me and they all made sure I was progressing every day. Even the two girls up front had a lot to do with motivating me every day when I came in, they were always smiling and pushing me. I am so excited to learn and develop more and grow with this company!

I've been working for 6 months since graduating college and I've learned more then I did in 4 years at college! Everyone is so positive and wants each person to succeed just as much as themselves! It is like a family outside of family. The management team is so down to earth and just really genuine. I know exactly what I'm working toward and can't wait to run my own office! I get to travel, hangout with my coworkers after work, go to some cool places and work with people I now consider friends... not many places offer and actually follow through with that. I determine how much I'm worth, meet new people every day whose lives I get to change even on the smallest of levels.

If I don't do well I don't have anyone to blame it on but myself! ha but seriously how can I have a complaint about this company? They've given me so much and will continue to and only ask in return that I put in 100% effort. I have to actually work to get I want! How rude?!! ha Too many people my age feel so damn entitled... I'm just happy they gave me this opportunity and I don't plan on wasting it!

Hello and thank you for writing a review about our company. We are glad to hear about your experience so far with our company, and am excited to see your growth potential into management! In today's growing industry of competitive business, it is hard to find an opportunity that matches what the candidate is looking for to what the company is offering. Any career is hard work to get the most out of, especially one that is merit based because there are so many competitive people clawing and scratching to reach the pinnacle. I am glad to read your advice column...it made me chuckle. In today's age of social media and online activity, everyone wants to give their opinion and for it to be heard, but few are qualified to give their 2 cents because they are not in a position to speak on behalf of that topic. I look forward to seeing you continue to grow and develop yourself. P.S. keep working hard and Nashville will be just the beginning for you!
