- Unstable structure of the company, lack of professionalism on the part of some consultants, multiculturalism is currently restricted to the intern's level. - A lot of candidate interviews cancelled without feedback from consultants, rejected candidates never informed because of the constant focus on approaching the maximum number of candidates, - Saying the work is challenging or the work is stressful are different things, the projects run solely on interns' hard work (often >50% of the project) - While we pretend that the consultants are easily approachable, often the support is good for nothing, leaving interns to figure out everything on their own - Interns imposed with weekly targets to be achieved in terms of the number of interviews scheduled for consultants.
