He takes the time to understand your intrinsic values and helps you reach your goals. Everyone here is driven to be successful. STRIVE has a positive work culture and everyone gets along. We cultivate a fun and team-first work environment. I've worked at another agency before and it's so much better at STRIVE as I am not burnt out.

      Decent pay, they give you food for the most parts.Most of the workers are nice

      They will treat you like a child. If there is a problem instead of talking to you about it, they just ignore you. There is a lot of favoritism, so for example, if you're a new bartender, you will never get shifts, they will just keep scheduling you for serving because they have only their specific people that they do. It's all about favoritism. I thought it was a respected, respectful company towards the employee's, but the way i've been ignored this week.That is a whole different level of disrespect.So no, if you want to be disrespected, go ahead and work for them
