There were some short-lived wrong hires during the pandemic who were lazy or dealing with personal issues. They brought morale down. Otherwise great place to work for like-minded creative, hardworking people.

they have hour meetings right before you're about to leave for the day, and they also don't know what they're doing, so, overall, really frustrating. Two sisters run the company, and they're not nice to literally anyone one and are toxic.
