Few positives to speak of after my time here.

This company has significant structural problems that make it a difficult place to grow or thrive. Management at the store level and regional level lacks the experience needed to lead effectively — and rather than addressing this through proper training or support, the company appears to rely heavily on AI-generated content for everything from internal communications to SOPs. The result is documentation that has little connection to actual day-to-day job functions, leaving employees without meaningful guidance. HR is not a resource here. Complaints are not genuinely investigated, and the department consistently defers to store management rather than conducting impartial reviews. There is no real support structure, no empathy from leadership, and no clear path for career growth or advancement.
