Smart people and everyone is kind. Interesting space. Salaries are a little under mkt but in some spots good compensation opportunity. They have a few employment litigations going on at the moment so would suggest that anyone new reads the fine print

Where to begin. Lack of direction from the top. Million ideas thrown on a board. Pie in the sky desired outcomes with zero financial backing to explore or take risk. Borderline misrepresentation of company description- hardly could call them traders. It’s a bunch of Back to back / brokers being managed by consultants A few people made some serious $$$ on some Euro trades before regulations and mkt transparency existed Today they hire and fire through a revolving door. Will pull and recruit people out of good roles and when cost savings are inevitably needed they will quickly let those people go
