      -Able to take days off when needed. -Easy work.

      -Not enough pay -Always on call -No appreciation -No room for growth -Owners not willing to put money into their employees -Horrible structure -Dont recommend -It's just a job not a career path -No guidance or help when needed (Horrible training) -Office against other offices
