Here is a company that challenges you to be better. We work in a small company atmosphere, both in the office and remotely, and there is always a push for open communication from the bottom to the top. The owner has a work hard, play hard mentality with a strong focus on balancing your work and home life. I honestly don’t know where I would be if it were not for the kindness of my supervisors and coworkers. Shen Wei is an amazing place to work!

Not really a con, but I would like to have more cross communications between departments, so we can continue develop an understanding for other departments challenges.
