Promotions very hard to get even you are are always on top, if manager doesnt like you no proper salary increase, no promotion 5. Favoritism is super high 6. No so many smart people in the office 7. Some people are perverts 8. They always order not nice food (spicy or with curry) what if people dot eat it? 9. Salary can be a bit higher other companies paying better 10. A lot of tools look like from 90s. 11. People talking behind your back or doing even some perverting stuff (Indians especially)
