They dont follow the Basic Conditions of Employment and they dont respond - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso SWS (Australia)

I received an offer with a structure that did not reflect the basic conditions of employment act of South Africa and since this company hires in South Africa it should reflect these labour rights and laws. After making a query about the contract they didn't respond and then informed me weeks later that, despite making a offer and sending a contract, they went with another candidate. Which only comes off a little bit suspicious after me querying the contract's legality... Very unprofessional experience, do not recommend this business for South African workers.
