-The company does not run like an oiled machine and is very political and fake in all aspects. -They chased out their whole HR department because the CEO does not see a need. -Only a select few get a parking pass. You need to park at the Pruneyard to walk to work (15-20 mins). -The company is 87% Indian and they claim they're promoting diversity. Everyone who isn't Indian lasts about 6-8 months at best. -The two good people left in leadership have their hands tied as the CEO controls every idea, every meeting and has his own agenda. -There is no employee retention as they are hoping to cost cut further due to Sales not meeting their numbers and they haven't been on target for two+ quarters. -There are no cubes; 8 people share one long table together. If you like open environments, you might enjoy this layout). -On your first day, IT won't have a computer ready for you. On the slight off chance it is ready, you will not have a mouse, keyboard or monitor. India sets up your computer remotely. -It's still privately held after 17 years.
