Simply put - it's been the best work experience I've had and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Family-oriented & laid-back, yet professional culture. They expect a lot from you, but give you plenty of rewards in return - excellent pay, benefits, and bonuses. The only thing I would say is the health insurance benefits are somewhat lacking and costly, but that's with most employers now.
