Interactive sessions in the team for knowledge sharing as well as casual meetings make communication even to highest levels easy and facilitates inclusion and diversity principles . Fantastic place to start your work and if you like the field then you will enjoy yourself as the work/life balance is pretty good too.

Old company and the software development techniques and methods used are a bit old. But things are changing fast. Recruitment is sometimes questionable. The pandemic hit was very hard but slowly and steadily things at Sabre are recovering.
