Culture is great. The principles that Andrew has built the company on are true principles. He is not trying to force ideas on people but these concepts exist whether you are a part of Edge or not. Benefits are great! Even full time frontline employees get them! Great incentives! Edge is like a family. Ultimately management cares about people. So if you are a person they have your best interest in mind. Dont get sucked in to the idea that Edge is just another door to door sales company. If you go into it with that mindset you will see a certain image. Be open. They are real. Andrew can come across just like other big wig door to door guys but he is not anything like them.

The only cons is the work/life balance. Its not that bad but you do put in a lot of time. Edge is still growing and does require a lot of effort. The good thing though is that they dont just expect time. If yiu have work to do they expect you to not leave until its done. Also, no 401k.

Really great people and a strong culture. I’ve had many opportunities to learn and take on new things, which I appreciate. It’s a fast-moving environment, so you’re never bored, and you get exposure to different parts of the business. Leadership does care about development and giving people opportunities to grow.

It’s a fast-paced environment, so you have to be comfortable adapting and wearing multiple hats. Because the company is growing, things can evolve quickly, which keeps you on your toes. If you like a super rigid structure, it might take some adjusting.
