Learnt a lot here. Salaries are good. Helpful seniors. Good for overall career growth.

Appraisals take a long time to process, 3-4 months later than expected. Building parking is very limited. Lunch is terrible.

- Provides good opportunity to learn about Fintech - Transparency in office - Good colleagues - Bonuses on Eid - Free office lunch

- Lack of career growth - No Work from home. They give it to extreme cases. This should be equal for all employees, not the selected one. - No clear policy of anything. They should have listed their policy in one place so that newcomers and present employees should know about it rather than creating a policy on spot. - Medical insurance has no OPD. So it is rarely used.
