Vantaggi

Starting pay is acceptable, but there is hardly any room for advancement. There are some really good people there that help make the day go by.

Svantaggi

It's a bit rule crazy. If you follow the rules and keep to your lane you can keep your job, but often times the rules make situations worse. High turnover in entry level and temp positions. The office is physically divided in two. With communication between some departments all but forbidden, resentment builds and finger pointing ensues. Given that the people who stick to their lanes keep their jobs, a lot falls in the gaps between departments that say "not my job." People that rise to the occasion aren't treated kindly and talent sheds away.

Vantaggi

No micromanagement and immediate support when needed. Expectations are high and you are given the space within which to create. Individual contributions are always part of a team dedicated to customer success. Remote work. Incredibly kind and respectful co-workers throughout the company. Sheer brilliance focused on customer support by so many within Safe is the genesis of this company's growth.

Svantaggi

Safe's international footprint sometimes requires unusual meeting times. During new product development the working hours can become intense.

Paid bi-weekly, its a check

Svantaggi

Intimidation from management, micro-management, lack of concern for employee's well being, and no recognition for employees. This Company started off ok, but they recently hired a big batch of laid off Comcast employee's and fast tracked them into management positions, although they had several highly qualified people already in place to take those positions, they opted however to throw them off their career path and hire outside, the huge influx of Comcast employees had everything to do with a new manager being put in place who once worked for Comcast and chose to use his new position to get all of his old co-workers leadership positions. The management was very ineffective often relying on their subordinates to perform task that they should know how to do on their own, but because they were unqualified and uninterested in training they passed off the work. There were a lot of office politics, fraternizing and abuses of employees who this new management team wanted to get rid of. They often wrote people up for things simply because they wanted to put them on the path of termination not with the intention to help improve performance. People with issues they can not control (i.e. Health, Family, etc... were often written up and then shortly later terminated with no real opportunity to improve.
