By far the best company I have ever worked at. Managers genuinely care about you as a person, your mental health, your work load, whether you are stressed or happy. I feel very supported.
The work is really interesting, working on a real cool piece of software with a loyal customer base.
The work life balance is incredible, a lot of people work remote but there is also the option to go into what is an incredible office with unlimited free drinks and very cheap food/snacks. I have never been pressured to work longer hours or anything like that. There is also full trust in you to get your work done within your own life and time commitments, notably “Flex time” is a huge perk. You can choose your hours in a lot of roles and teams.
