Great schedule and benefits, good pay and work environment, the job is rewarding and the people are amazing. Work must always meet and often exceed client's expectations. Requires dedicated and motivated employees who can deliver superb results to the internal and the external clients. The accolades and the credit goes to the client, the client must answer to the highest authority, therefore the client must always look good. It's not about me, you, or us, it is about the client.

The nature of the business requires quality of service at the highest level; there's no tolerance for less than perfect accuracy. Which is not necessarily a con, if the work ethic and desire to learn and perfect is there.

The mission is incredible and the pay is very reasonable

The senior leadership on the Medicaid side Macro manages (not Micro), show no trust in managers or audit staff and is constantly making changes. Being involved in every decision shows no trust or support of staff. Moral is probably the worst of any place I have ever worked, and it ALL points back to managers and more pointedly Senior leaders. Some day there will be a huge lawsuit
