Vantaggi
Worked with me on taking a leave of absence. I did feel they cared about my situation. Extra hours as you wish (IF you take a bunch of splits (glass, first notice of loss, dedicated splits) meaning you take classes to file claims with more insurance companies. You can do your own work and not really have to deal co-workers. I met with my manager once every 2-3 weeks for 10 minutes to discuss your quality scores and other metrics. Overall a great place for an introvert to work. Overall a good place. If it weren't I would not have stayed for 3 years.
Svantaggi
To make more money you need to take more insurance companies. This also means you WILL be busier than a lot of your co-workers. For 50 cents an hour raise you'll become increasingly busy. Expect to be back to back your entire shift( if you take on more insurance companies) at some point though you cant get any busier as you can only talk to one person at a time. Half the job coaches are either new hires or are not trained on the calls you take. So you'll be walking around asking 3 different job coaches to find someone who can help with your call. There is a schedule for job coaches to do floor support( one hour blocks) so you'll need to look at a board to see which job coach you need to get help from for that hour. Keep in mind job coaches come and go as frequently as customer service reps. So you'll see the name of the person to seek help from and have no idea who that is. You learn to just stop asking questions... a few other cons, no assigned seating, no assigned headset, main bathroom has been closed for like a YEAR!
