      Great pay, decent benefits, not too difficult.

      Forget about advancing in this company. I have worked here for over 10 years and unfortunately have been told I have reached the height of my ladder. Their "advancement" opportunities are only based on how many wiper blades you can sell. And even if you show you are trying it will never be good enough. You have to jump through hoops to get anywhere. (Unless you have a personal relationship with the higher-ups it would seem) I've finally reached the tipping point. I will never recommend anyone work here. No matter the pay, it's not worth the cost of your sanity.

      I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
