      This was my first phone job, because of the great coaches I have been able to get more phone jobs since So I am grateful for them to take a chance on me and train me.

      Hard to get to full time, it took me a year to get to the opportunity of being able to get full time but even after being eligible, I was told there was no availability for full time at the moment. High turn over rate, after 6 months only about 5 of the 25 people in my training class were still there.

      I've applied twice to the tech training position. The first time I thought that I may have made an error? The Yellow Brick Rd location had adds for 18 positions available. I applied again fixing what I thought the issue to be. I was again sent an email that they were not moving to the next step with me. This makes ZERO sense. I was just recently a slot tech out of Horseshoe. I also was a tech for a company that handed a few interior pieces for Amtrak.
