There are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and take on new challenges, The health benefits are great, and the company genuinely cares about team members both in and outside of work. The on-site gym with a trainer (free to team members) is an awesome perk and a perfect way to reset during/at the end of the day. The team culture is a big standout. Honestly I really respect the CEO, but in my opinion he moves too fast and gets the company into trouble where departments have to scramble to keep up with his promises. Tristan is really smart and believes in the product. They are very quick to fire. If they feel you don't fit company values, you're gone. I gave them everything I had and still got let go.
