Company culture is odd, and not really consistent. For example, I asked what type of jacket is allowed over the uniform, and I got about 3 different answers. I watched safety and training videos, and then when I was trained on how to collect carts, I was told to stack/push more than the safety video said our state was "allowed" to do.
