Garbage pay and Garbage company - Recensione dipendente - Sales Associate/Cashier presso Safeway

Where do I start. I had worked here over 3 years and I barely made 30 cents above minimum wage. I could go down the street to any place hiring and get a job making almost 2 dollars an hour more as a new hire than Id make here nearly 4 years in. The place is a constant revolving door because of this. Management is an absolute disaster and regularly plays favorites. Union that we pay for is useless, at least in my district. Multiple complaints brought against the company that they refuse to handle for fear of stepping on toes.
