I joined Safework because of its focus on employees. They believe that if they take care of their people, they will take care of clients, and this is true. Health insurance premiums are 100% paid for by the company and include immediate family, too. I work with a great team who looks out for one another and respects boundaries. The work is challenging, fast paced, fun, and professionally rewarding. Because we're a small company, you might be doing things outside your usual tasks, if you want, and that's cool.

Svantaggi

Typical growing pains for a company that's growing in size and market share. It may be losing some of the personal touches from when there were fewer people. Need more communication from leadership to let people know what's going on.

The experience was horrible, I was placed on FMLA due to undergoing surgery, company was well aware of my time off. They were informed throughout my time off. Once I was 100% released to go back to work. They said the projects going on are coming to a close. That’s not true the project is still ongoing, they choose to release me and never giving the opportunity to go back to work. Once on FMLA they are bound to re-instate you if you are 100% released. FMLA is a program giving the employee the time off and assuring them they still have a job once released. This company rather have a drunk project engineer micheal D. Who showed up to a school drunk on multiple occasions on their team than someone who has actual dr notes. Management covers everything up with no consequences. promise superintendant work with no work.
