High pressure on teachers. The employees of the organization would never take accountability for their mistakes. But smallest mistake from new teachers means hell unleashed on their lives. If you are deployed as a teacher to a company (not a school) that Safir finds important, be aware that you have possibly little authority in your classes. You have to keep students happy no matter what. This system is either encouraged or ignored by the management.
