Where do I begin.... the list of cons are endless, lack of support from management the sexual harassment, the discrimination and overall toxic work environment. The worst part of working for safran was the sexual harassment, management don’t want to deal with the harassment and end up telling the victims to just get on with it. As management and HR swill tell the women employees that they are “asking for it as we are dressing proactive” and “he is to valuable to the company” the work shop manager will constantly make comments about how your dressed and your causing unwanted attention, so change how you dress and look if you decide to take a job at Safran. Another issue was during the sexual harassment the deputy director would not communicate with the women involved he would not look or speak to the women for raising the sexual harassment complaint. Basically if you are a woman don’t waste your time as you’ll be discriminated against in every way possible.
