Vantaggi

- The People are amazing. They genuinely care about the work they do and are always willing to help. There is always a friendly atmosphere in the office. Fairsail/Sage People strikes the perfect balance between bringing fun to work. - The software is interesting and fun to work with. - Innovation is encouraged and you don't have to jump through hoops to execute an idea if it's good. Fairsail/Sage People are very much "just go for it" if what you're saying is practical and makes sense. - Managers at all levels are extremely approachable. There doesn't feel like a stuffy hierarchy like other organisations. - Free lunch every Monday.

Svantaggi

- Sometimes difficult to find a free meeting room but we're moving office in a few months so hopefully this won't be an issue. - Would like to see our own WX Portal updated. As a company we don't use it as best we could.

Vantaggi

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Svantaggi

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
