Thanks for your review. It’s great to read our pay works well for you and that you enjoy the social activities – we can see from #LifeatSage on Instagram that our colleagues in Kuala Lumpur certainly seem to enjoy themselves. Sage Foundation is fantastic in that our colleagues can spend up to 5 days a year to volunteer for charities of their choice and the team in Malaysia do a lot of this – well and an thank you! In Sage, we offer flexible work hour arrangement to our employees. We encourage you to discuss with your manager on a mutually acceptable alternative work schedule. As part of our Sage Way to ensure all new hires have a meaningful onboarding experience, we are diligent in ensuring that they are well-equipped and trained to be 100% ready to support our customers/partners. We thank you for your feedback and be assured that we will continue to thrive to make our employee experience an exceptional one.

Vantaggi

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Svantaggi

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
