Depending on your manager, the one I had was really gung-ho on micromanaging, daily meetings (what a waste of time), refuses to repeat answers to your questions, expecting you to understand the first time around, extremely direct with concerns or issues etc.
Your team members that have been there longer will pull some shady activities to meet their numbers, everyone but the new members know, even team leads and management. But it’s just part of the job. You will start realizing what it is within a few months. I felt like a car salesman or even selling snake oil.
If you have no moral compass, believe in sales > customer service, you will thrive here. I felt dirty working here after a year.
