Different teams offer different challenges. - Get your CCNA, work in the NOC to build experience and see where you want to go in your networking or security career from there. - NOC is kept separate from the rest of the business, but CEO Brad is working to improve the rift between the two sides of the business. - Communication from upper management is improving, and CEO takes and responds to all anonymous communications which is sincere and appreciated. - Stead work, company is large enough at this point if you want stead work you will get it, OT is rarely approved and very rarely required. - Good opportunity to move up and out of the NOC if your focus is taking on challenges.

- Culture is more positive/relaxed to professional services side of the business. - Compensation offered by others is significantly higher, you will always lose your best employees to competition if this is kept up. It's short term good for the company, long term; Not optimal. - Company offers sub-standard level benefits, starting with 15 days PTO for new employees, no paid sick time, no paid time off for getting certs even when sponsored by the company!
