It used to be great! Within the last 3 months they brought in a TON of new business which means the call volume is ridiculous. Now we are just overworked nonstop. We can't even have a meeting or a huddle anymore. Every day all day just answer nonstop calls, chats and emails. Plus remember to read all the emails sent by management so you know about any new products, closures and openings for certain areas. It's ridiculous to try to gather all that info in between everything else. They can't even include us in "summer fridays" after sending the email to the entire company saying certain departments 5gattoneavenearly every Friday during the summer months. Not very inclusive for all employees. Let's normalize better work life balance for ALL employees and do not expect us to be robots. Just another call center becoming what they all turn into.

This is a fantastic company with a fantastic culture. They really put alot into their people and give you all the opportunity to move up. I love this group of people.

At times can be a challenging workload. Some management seems to add to work load verses figure out systems to make workload more manageable.

Micromanaging, unnecessary daily team meetings where half the time is gossip, finger pointing, only a few people are doing actual work on the team
