Recent hire. Excellent training and they will do whatever it takes to see you succeed. Free health insurance, match in 401k, sick days, paid holidays and paid vacation times, overtime after 8 hours. Plenty of overtime available. Company gives stuff away often just because. This is a great place to work. Plenty of money to be made and if you need help there are always knowledgeable people around willing to help you. Almost everyone in the shop is friendly and willing to lend a hand. The "crap jobs" are not even bad areas to be in. Just too many people complain who haven't had a real job. You come in, do your job, and go home. That's all there is to it.

Some employees are Whiny, lazy and feel entitled. There are not really any cons. Seems like most complaints on here are the ines who have a sense of entitlement. Show up, try hard, that is all it takes.
