      there are other employees who try to get people fired just because they don't like a certain person and nothing is done.

      Benefits, pay, depending on who you talked to understanding.

      No work life balance you live at work. Management sucked depending on the situation. They will act like they care but don’t. And will constantly rub it in your face we helped you a lot over the years. Oh and if you are female and get sexually harassed and report it well management will tell you to suck it up and deal with it.
