Vantaggi

Opportunity to work for a start up Interesting segment Other employees are friendly Builds resilience Equity provided liberally

Svantaggi

Absence of any strong leadership, big ego culture Product problems created fire drills Lack of strong vision so you are always running to the next big thing that usually fizzles out Very difficult working environment and schedule with messages sent all hours and while on PTO - it was a burnout pressure cooker Inability to dissent or provide counter views to leadership Lackluster pay with bonus structure that was incredibly difficult to obtain. Low trust control. I often felt on edge. Low diversity

Vantaggi

There are/were good people here-smart, committed, and doing their best under pressure. The concept behind the product has some potential, and you'll gain exposure to fast moving startup dynamics. If you're early in your career, you'll learn a lot-about resilience, boundaries, and what to look for (and avoid) in future leadership.

Svantaggi

This review will likely be reported by those who have a well-documented pattern of flagging anything that doesn't align with the company's carefully crafted image. That instinct (to control perception at all costs) is not just a Glassdoor issue. It's embedded in the culture. Micromanagement runs deep, and autonomy is a mirage. Decisions are reactive, not strategic. There's a revolving door of talent. Not because people aren't capable, but because the environment is unsustainable. Leadership is erratic, priorities shift constantly, and the loudest fire always gets the focus. There's no real infrastructure, just firefighting and fatigue. Work life balance is virtually nonexistent. The culture subtly rewards performative availability, and there's an unspoken pressure to be online at all times. Boundaries are viewed as a lack of dedication. Compensation doesn't reflect the workload or the expectations, and meaningful wins are rare, often buried under the next crisis.
