Great money as a bartender/server Amazing employees. Almost everyone is friendly, really welcoming and make the work day fun. Most managers do their best to be helpful and supportive.

High volume. Think waves of guests hitting the entire hotel all at once for theater. You can go from 1 guest to 100 in a matter of minutes. Organized Chaos. That is putting it nicely. There is no managing the flow of guests. Again, you will go from no guests to a full section/bar with no management of seating or timing. Kitchen and bar will get slammed with a wall of tickets. Poor training or no training at all. Managers are overworked and overwhelmed. They are either sinking or swimming with you and unable to effectively manage the volume.
