Supportive management with a focus on enabling growth. Genuinely kind atmosphere of really smart, authentic employees. Significant future potential. Remote work environment with not too many meetings. Solid and growing revenue lends to a feel of stability in your job. Management open to feedback.

Streamlined team lends to every person wearing a lot of hats. Good because you have the opportunity to make a lot of impact, but not the place for anyone looking to 'phone it in'. Team moves very fast and since the company is very focused on growth there's likely a lot of change on the horizon. (Not a con I suppose, just a heads up.)

Sakari has been an excellent place to exercise what I've learned so far and expand my skills into new arenas. The team is small but committed, and everyone shares the same vision and values on what it means to work well together and deliver an excellent product. Overall, it's a work environment that is very far removed from Series-C (for cash-burning) startups. And that's exactly what I wanted.

Like I said, the team is small. This can mean extending your reach just a bit to get things done. I like this because it's a learning opportunity and gives you authority with your decisions, but this may not be the ideal environment for people who like rigidity.
