Like the headline says: HIGH pressure environment but low pay (unless you’re new). Pay is not good for anyone who has been there more than 2 years. New hires at the same title and level of experience are making $30-$40k more than their peers. It’s shameful.

Because of the incredible churn of leadership and long term employees, there are pretty open opportunities to build internally. Given a good AI token budget each month. Can be good work life balance if your team has enough staff to keep the lights on.

Private Equity calls all the shots, will be no investment in the company long term. Layoffs and outsourcing to foreign contractors. Broken internal processes and culture (also an opportunity) leads to frustrating work environment. Feature not a bug of PE stripping us for cash. Low comp. Extremely low morale amongst employees.
