I made it back in the first two months. - extremely high ownership of your client pool / products (if you want to) - before joining back in the summer 2020 did a thorough review - it is still as of May 2021 the best on the market in this niche (sales and marketing consulting) - quite a few knowledgeable and ambitious colleagues - lot of flexibility, remote work, meetings are optional but encouraged, easily can work in own pace - colleagues from like 10 time zones - many top salespeople who have been with the firm for some time now, can learn a lot - back-end guys helping front-end guys are top - it makes it so much easier - the ceo and founder cares, involved on daily matters, and is accessible - meritocracy: fancy titles or background does not matter, what matters only what your inputs are - some guys are really really into sales, they can teach you great insights
