Growing fast can lead to some headaches, but they are responsive to hearing feedback

None. This place is a dumpster fire. It’s full of people all trying to one up each other and make themselves stand out. And the work itself is unrewarding because there is no clear vision.

Horrible leadership. Employees rewarded for the wrong reasons. Doesn’t encourage individuality or authenticity.
