Salaries are not high as company is a not-for-profit

I worked there for just a short time and had to move to continue my education in another city, I truly considered applying to another university closer to that job because it is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The work environment is amazing, and getting to work with people in recovery is fulfilling.
