The layers of middle mamagers muck everything up

If you like a lot to do - fixing things, making improvements, changing for the better - this is a wonderful place to work. Never a shortage of opportunities to excel.

The majority of the folks working here are very negative and disappointed because of the directors or managers in place. Those who really care about the mission and success of the hospital are unfortunately not in a position to make a real difference. Top leaders need changed out to really make improvements all around.
