A company is moving with great vision. Also, caring about employees future is also important. The best thing is that the company and employee match and combine their vision and move everyone ahead with fantastic growth.

As an employee and a responsible person, I have not seen anything which I can add to the list of Cons*. Strong vision about the goal is the main power, so there are no cons from my side.

1. Professional working environment 2. Good level of independence of decision-making in each role. You don't have to run it past many teams and people before finalizing your approach. 3. Always open to discuss and work on latest tech stack 4. Onsite opportunity & growth by skill 5. Good work-life balance.
