The work is interesting and engaging. The mission (working with youth) is fulfilling. The full time team is hard-working and close knit. Many amazing, once in a lifetime opportunities are available.

As a non-profit what they can pay is very low for the area in which it is located, making it hard to live nearby. There is not much room for advancement on such a small team. Work life balance can be difficult during peak times (summer). Decision-making by leadership is sometimes insular.
