Koreans treat Indian employees as labours and your dedication is judged by the hours you stay in the office. Work life balance is no concern here. If you stay here for 2 years you will mess up ur skills and become jack of all trades. Hard outtimes so you have to stay at least 9 hours within office. Now a days another policy has started ie tests.. subjective questions with 100 % negative marking so no job security also .
