This is one of the largest conglomerates around the world, everyone knows Samsung. Brand awareness is there, so you don't need to spend too much effort to build brand equity. I've met some of the most dedicated, hardworking people here. Most of us work too hard, and give in to ridiculous requests and deadlines most of the time. You do get rewarded for your efforts and hard work, but i'd say it's not worth it.

There is way too much reporting. You spend half your time answering HQ's requests and filling in reports instead of running the business. The KPIs keep stacking up, and every single one of them needs to be met/achieved. Even before you meet those, they throw in new ones. Management expects you to be on standby no matter the time, and seems to think that their every request can be completed just with a click of the button, often forgetting that we too, are humans. We also need time to rest and recuperate, We also have families and friends.
