There are no such benefits. They have 4 days per week work from office. Some managers don’t even approve that 1 day work from home. We have to spend on average 9 hours each day in the whole month. Only good thing is it not be maintained on a daily basis but monthly. There are also strict regarding the time you spend outside the office, if more you have to stay late.
